SMS Terms

These SMS Terms describe the Objection Room text messaging program. By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms, our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

1. Program description

Program name: Objection Room Requests & Appointment Reminders.

Objection Room sends text messages to people who opt in about their evaluation or consultation request, including follow-up on requests submitted through our website, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling notices, and replies to messages you send us. Messages are sent from Objection Room's business number.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on objectionroom.com (for example, on our booking page) and submitting your mobile number, or by otherwise expressly agreeing to receive texts from us, such as by texting us first. The consent box is never pre-checked. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

After you opt in, you may receive a message confirming your enrollment.

3. Message frequency and cost

• Msg frequency varies based on your request and appointments.
• Msg & data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

4. Help

Reply HELP for help. You can also contact us at keven@objectionroom.com.

5. Opting out

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOPALL. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further texts unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START or submit the consent form again.

6. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier and device and is not guaranteed.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number you provide. Tell us promptly if you change or give up that number.

8. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver our messages. All other categories of information described in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

9. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time by posting a new version with a new effective date. We may end the program at any time.
