We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. How we share information
We share personal information with service providers that help us run the business. They may use it only to provide services to us. Our current providers include:
- Calendly (calendly.com), for online scheduling and booking reminders.
- HubSpot (hubspot.com), for our CRM, email and lead management, and website tracking.
- Netlify (netlify.com), which hosts the Site and processes website form submissions.
- Google Workspace, for email, calendar, documents and file storage. The Site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
- Other providers we use to deliver the Services, such as text-messaging, video-conferencing and call-recording, and payment-processing providers.
We may also disclose information (a) if required by law, subpoena or other legal process; (b) to protect the rights, property or safety of Objection Room, our clients or others; (c) with your consent or at your direction; or (d) in connection with a merger, sale or transfer of all or part of our business, subject to this Policy.
Mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver our messages.
4. Confidentiality of client materials
We treat call recordings, scripts and performance data that clients share with us as confidential. We use them only to deliver the Services to that client and do not publish them or use them in marketing without written permission. Firms that share recordings are responsible for having the right to share them, including any required consent from the people recorded.
5. Cookies and analytics
The Site and the tools embedded in it use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember preferences, understand how visitors use the Site, and connect website activity to inquiries in our CRM. These may include:
- HubSpot tracking cookies, which help us understand visits and link them to form submissions and bookings.
- Calendly cookies, set by the embedded scheduling widget on our booking page.
- Analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, if enabled, to measure traffic and completed bookings.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, like the embedded scheduler, may not work properly without them. Our Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals. Where required by law, we honor Global Privacy Control signals as a request to opt out of tracking for that browser.
6. Text messages (SMS)
If you check the SMS consent box on our forms or otherwise agree to receive texts, we will send text messages about your request and appointment reminders. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our SMS Terms for details.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy. In general, we keep lead and inquiry information for as long as the relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward, client records for as long as needed for the engagement plus the period required for tax, accounting and legal purposes, and call recordings and materials only as long as needed to deliver the Services unless the client asks us to keep them longer. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. Backups and records held by our service providers may persist for a limited time under their own retention schedules.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

- Opt out of marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link) and texts (reply STOP).
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising. We do not sell or share personal information for those purposes.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response.
10. Children's privacy
The Site and the Services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Data location
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
